Individual Services
An extensive list of many of the primary issues addressed and securely explored during non-judgemental, professional one-to-one therapy can be found here.
Couples Therapy
We facilitate a safe and neutral space for couples to acknowledge what their relationship has become, to review how this happened, and to appraise the meaning of change for the relationship. Established patterns of communication and conflict resolution will be assessed together to evaluate preferred approaches and outcomes.
Child & Adolescent Therapy
The work of therapy with young people and children is a very different, and sometimes more complex dynamic, than that present when working with adults. Alternative and more creative approaches are sometimes necessary to meet and communicate with the young person at their level.
Neurodiversity and/or Neurodivergence
The nature of work with Neurodivergent clients often focuses upon self-identity and supporting clients in meaning-making, regarding their life experiences and relationships with others. Individuals may elect to follow a flexible and self-led pathway, or a more structured and collaborative agenda.
Anger Management
Clients are supported via a flexible but structured approach to find new or alternative ways to cope with anger, that may be affecting their health, work, social behaviour, or personal relationships. Further details are available here.
Mindfulness
Mindfulness encapsulates the simple yet rare ability to be present within ourselves in the now, rather than perpetually replaying our past, or inefficaciously projecting ourselves into the future. It can provide you with a life approach that facilitates the growth and nurturing of inner levels resilience and stability. Extended details regarding the benefits available to you through mindfulness can be viewed here.

Remote Sessions
Common modern day barriers to accessing much needed therapeutic supports such as transportation, location, mobility, availability, and time have resulted in an ever-increasing number of clients opting to access psychological support via remote means. Accepting that this may not be the perfect fit for everyone, it is nevertheless a hugely effective alternative for many.
